We gave **** tens of thousands of dollars to remodel our home. There is about 25k to 28k unaccounted for. We paid him in full by 8/22/22 for a job that started 6/1/22. We didn't move in until the end of Jan. ** didn't even tell us the inside was done because he couldn't face us and had abandoned the remaining job. ** charged us for personal equipment. airless paint sprayer for $828, sander $128, battery charger $126,2 ext cords $206. Very poor customer service I called them several times for an estimate they told me they sent it and I never received it when I contacted them they kept saying they were heading back to the office and would send it this happened 4 times. I waited around for them to come out they never showed up **** poor customer service they talk a good show but never back it up they never called me one time ,I did all the calling don't waste your time on this company they wont be around very much longer the way they do business .

Zero star if it was possible. Poor planning, poor customer service, incompetent, poor supervision of his workers due to his absence while the project is ongoing, argumentative, did not meet the dead line (project started from April and dragged until Sept); stated it wouldn't be more than 2 to 3 weeks when trying to buy my business. For days on end, he only had only 1 to 2 guys working on removing dirt in wheelbarrow. This is a professional team and they care about the detail of their work. Furthermore, I was able to ask questions and make recommendations without them arguing or prideful. If my recommendation was not a good idea, they would explain to me why, and not treat me as inferior. They were committed to our job and painted the exterior of our house (repairing the walls first) in temperatures over 100 degrees...and the workers were actually smiling! I hired Straitline Home Repair due to the 5-star recommendations from ***********.com. Gary came out gave a great estimate and assured me that he would be able to provide quality work in a timely manner. I hired Straitline to remodel 2 bathrooms (put new tile in shower/tub, new floors, install new vanities, install new toilets, and to build a new shower stall with a frameless glass shower wall in a 2nd bathroom.
