Doug answered all of my questions and was able to complete the roof repairs in a very short amount of time. We are in the process of selling our home and Doug provided all the documentation we needed to send to the buyers. This is a great company for your roofing needs. Brent, their slope roof manager, spent 5 months helping me with my insurance claim. He was thorough, detailed, straight forward, and responsive. My flat roof was eventually replaced with a Class 4 impact resistant material. The installation crew, headed by Frankie, was efficient, courteous, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
Doug is amazing! We have had several roofs come look at our roof to see why our bathroom vent was leaking. A few never called back after the consultation and one had us do an insurance claim and when insurance denied the work they were all the sudden too busy to help us. Doug came by to check out the issue and the next day he fixed it! I'm so happy we can finally fix all the drywall in our bathroom now. Highly recommend Strait Line Roofing!
