I am the owner of a heat and company and this place is simple the best in costumer service, and warranty for DEWALT or any other tools I’m sure. I can only speak of multiple DEWALT tools and batteries that they have fixed, warranties or sold me. they my go to, leave the box stores alone. Money is only considered well spent after you by a TOOL and you need further service. Thanks to the counter people and up.
