I have a Kia Sportage that was an insurance claim. They was so behind schedule that they could not get my car in for weeks. Then promised around the Holidays. I still do not have my car and it is the 3rd of January. I explained to them I do not have another reliable vehicle. They explained they do not have enough paint booths. Whatever that means.
