James is an amazing employee and deserves a raise his dedication is amazing and he’s a great person.
I called them for help selling a kids bike second hand. They asked me to email a picture and were so honest and helpful. I drive to them from Westshore and bought my child a new bike there. They were not pushy at all or trying to upsell more than we needed. They are great! I highly recommend them!
Brand new to cycling and came to straight up cycles to help determine my needs and find a bike. They were patient, knowledgable, and generous with their time. From the manager Chris to the mechanic Roberto they were amazing. They got me into a bike I’m very happy with I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We love our local bike shop! The whole team is always quick to say hello when we come in and they are always happy to share their expertise - without being pushy. They’ve always been helpful and ready with answers or suggestions, whether it was for our kiddo’s first bike or my first bike in 20 years. The work they’ve done for us for tune ups and customizations is always great. This team is the best, we highly recommend Straight Up!
