I only came to this shop because my main shop i usually go to was closed and i knew what i needed done would only take 2 minutes. I brought my bike in to the shop because I couldn't properly put the rear tire on my bike myself, The wheel was rubbing somewhere on my bike and they fixed that problem with no cost. While they were fixing it they mentioned a problem I didnt have before I brought the bike in and they offered me to make an appointment to fix a problem that just suddenly happened on my bike. Chris provided wonderful customer care! He listened patiently to all my questions, provided very helpful advice based on great knowledge, spent a lot of time with me patiently explaining the pros and cons of many bikes (new and old), with warmth and humour. He was very selfless, focused on my needs versus trying to sell anything. I learned a lot and will be back for sure! Thank you Chris!
