I have mixed feelings about this place. They seem helpful and attentive, but the quality of service seems subpar. I brought my bike in because my chain was getting stuck when changing gears. They told me the cables needed to be replaced and that they would make some adjustments. However, after getting it back the first time and riding it for only a few minutes two days later the problem still persisted. To the owners, I'm sorry for writing this review, but its still bothering me........ I bought some new tires,and installing the tires is very easy ,and I could easily do it myself,but against my better judgement I decided to pay $30 extra dollars to have a "professional"install the tires.. the next day I went to go pick up my bike...I paid the bill.. When I got home,I flipped my bike upside down and gave the tires a spin to check them... The back tire had a wobble..so I inspected the tire and there was an area about 8-10 inc... read more
I needed my bike to be tuned up and they did it real quick and did some additional stuff that needed to be done and to put the cherry on top is they waited for me to come pick up my bike after hours! 5/5 Stars! I would recommend these great people in a heartbeat! Thank you to the great staff at Straight Up Cycles!
