I was never uncomfortable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
