Extremely unprofessional experience. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was dismissive, confrontational, and frankly quite childish. If you’re looking for the best Japanese straightening treatment, Ana is the one to go to. I’ve been going to her for 11 years, and I truly couldn’t recommend her more. She does an incredible job every time—my hair always comes out silky, smooth, and most importantly HEALTHY.
