Amazing. My hair is extremely thick with high density. It is difficult to find a stylist who has the skill and patience to work with my hair. I have gotten brazilian blowouts/keratin treatments from other places and have left disappointed. Not here- Ana is exceptional.
Extremely unprofessional experience. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was dismissive, confrontational, and frankly quite childish. It quickly became clear that basic customer service and respectful communication were not a priority. If you’re looking for the best Japanese straightening treatment, Ana is the one to go to. I’ve been going to her for 11 years, and I truly couldn’t recommend her more. She does an incredible job every time—my hair always comes out silky, smooth, and most importantly HEALTHY. I’ve been going to Ana since 2021 for Japanese permanent hair straightening, and she is amazing. Before finding her, I tried many stylists and wasted time and money. My hair is very curly and hard to manage, and no one ever got it right until Ana. She truly understands different hair textures and customizes each treatment based on the client’s needs, giving smooth, long-lasting results every time.
