I booked an online appointment for my son's haircut and unfortunately we were 8 minutes late and they not only refused to do the appointment but they charged us for a full haircut!! I would understand if we were a regular client that was always late but this was the first time going there and had taken wrong directions which caused us to be late I'm sorry we're human.. but for this business to turn away first time clients and charge them the full amount of a haircut is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!
