The training is excellent, well organized, efficient and safe. The coaches are skilled and caring; everyone regardless of ability is treated as an athlete. The members are amazing, warm and welcoming.

This gym is terrific! I've trained mostly BJJ here for the past two years and it's been a very positive experience. The instructors are extremely well qualified and utilize a teaching method that has been carefully refined over the past 10 years. The emphasis is on teaching rock solid fundamentals and then encouraging people to develop their own game - one that fits their body type, creative instincts and personality.
I started training at Straight Blast January 2015. I weighed 312 lbs at the time and now (November 2015) am at a sexy 230! Very supportive staff and members. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape.
