Our home inspection was thorough and Todd was willing to spend additional time to go over each detail of the report. Additionally, Todd told us that we could contact him at a later date if we had questions or needed a reference for future repairs. Todd was fantastic! He was prompt, reliable, and thorough. At the end of his inspection, he walked us around the property and explained everything he found in detail, and answered all of our questions. He is clearly experienced and explained things that needed fixing without trying to scare us. Would highly recommend him!
