I made an appointment for 9:45. I arrived at 9:30. It’s now past 10:15. No one has told me if and how long my doctor is running late. Out of courtesy, I arrive on time or early for my appointments. I have a full day, just like the doctor. If I’m running late, out of courtesy, I call ahead and let the office know. I do not understand why i can’t be told at check in that dr is running X minutes behind.
