An absolute waste of time to deal with this company. Had me on the hook for approximately a week waiting for a quote. No follow up phone call to inform me of their decision to not quote my job. Was told by the owner that the job was beyond they capabilities. They should get out of the flooring business and into selling manure, because all the sales people whom work there can really shovel it.

Dave is such a sweet and nice man to talk to even when it's not about flooring! He was very helpful in our search for area rugs and we found two we love. I'm definitely going to go back when we ever can redo our floors or need more rugs.
