Terrible after sales support. 2 1/2 years of asking and waiting. They still haven’t come to repair a flawed seam in our carpet. Went in three times and they kept saying some guy named “Gary” will address it. Arranging (and paying) another carpet retailer to come and redo it.
I was given the wrong price and wasn’t informed about $100 delivery charge! Picking a flooring is difficult, don’t waste your time here.
