Worked with stradwicks for personal renovations, and as a contractor myself. Knowledgeable staff, very accommodating. My go to Spot for anything flooring/Tile related!
Great staff, a lot of displays
Really disappointed with the service we received from Stradwicks. We brought in a piece of our hardwood flooring and paid extra to get the hardwood riser between rooms colour matched to the flooring. Upon pickup, it was evident that the riser did not match the flooring provided. What’s worse is that they lost the hardwood pieces we provided and refused to acknowledge that the colour did not match since they couldn’t find the piece to compare. They also refused to re-stain it to the correct colour if we brought in a new piece... read more
For my installation , I needed a guarantee the installation would meet my specific ..time window, it was met, the installation was perfect, I could not have been more pleased, my thanks to all who made it happen
