DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Dec 2024 - So far, I can't recommend stradford Flats as a longterm place to live. The studios are small & dated. The crime rate in the area is extremely high, my motorcycle was stolen from the back parking lot a few days after I moved in, and my air mattess was stolen a day before I moved in. Low quality security cameras outside, and NONE inside to hold anyone accountable. People sit on the stairs at all hours of the nigh smoking and selling fentanyl, blocking entry, and propping the door open with literal... read more

First half a year here was good. Now being official /legal doesn't apply to my finances. Regardless if I do pay rent or not. Sickening. I'm a resident not some adopted god son or nephew. And I pay my rent on time. I'd say it could be better sometime soon. A very exciting location for action THAS all.
