I can't even believe this place going for a routine PAP SMEAR I BELIEVE MRS. CINDY SMITH WHO DID MY PAP SMEAR?A BLACK WOMAN, SHE WAS VERY NICE AT FIRST BUT AFTER THE PAP'S SMEAR WAS FINISHED SHE DID NOT GIVE ME ANY INSTRUCTIONS AFTERWARDS I WAS HAVING A LOT OF PAIN AFTER THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE. ALL THAT NIGHT THE SAME DAY. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT WAS CONSTANTLY BLEEDING LIKE A HEAVY PERIOD I WAS NAUSEOUS AND HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I love my OB here! She’s the best, she actually listens to my concerns and reply’s to me as quickly as possible on the app when I have any questions or concerns! I’ve only had a few issues with the front office, at one appointment I was randomly told that if I didn’t get a recommendation from a particular office in Mobile that they would have to cancel all my future appointments and they waited 5-6 months before even bringing it up to me they told me that day I had to have it done within three days so I acted fast and got se... read more

Is it always a hassle to get schoolwork completed at the beginning of the year. The staff does not fax the paperwork back to the school in a timely manner. There has been numerous times where I have taken paperwork to be completed, only to show back up and they cannot find it. The doctor updated the prescription dosage without even consulting with us first. Found out by the school nurse and not the neurologist.
