Is it always a hassle to get schoolwork completed at the beginning of the year. The staff does not fax the paperwork back to the school in a timely manner. There has been numerous times where I have taken paperwork to be completed, only to show back up and they cannot find it. The doctor updated the prescription dosage without even consulting with us first. Found out by the school nurse and not the neurologist. Waiting over a month for a NP to sign a MRI order is insane. I called and they didn't have notes on what I needed. The appointment was a mess they forgot ab me and asked why I was even there. The communication is off in that office. All I need is my MRI order and im going to CNI
