I've been coming here for years. Last year & this year the service for check-in for OBGYN has been terrible. Last year I was charged for a co-pay. The young lady ask me how much I usually get charge for a co-pay? This year I was reimbursed for the co-pay. I realized she forgot to give me back my insurance card. I had to turn around to get it.
