I had two rings resized here. One was a platinum ring with 3 diamonds. Initially the resize seemed fine but after 5 days of wearing it, the ring snapped at the cut line. Aram fixed it for free but there's now a bit of other material mixed in to secure it and it's noticeably a slightly different color. There's also a faint line which apparently is unavoidable. Aram does great work in a surprisingly short period of time and for a cost that is demonstrably lower than the jewelry's actual value according to appraisal.
