Exceptional work There is nothing bad one can say about a mechanic who takes care of your car, who points out repairs that don't need to be made (thus saving you money) and who doesn't overcharge. Strada has been repairing our cars for years and never have we had a bad experience. Jules and his workers are friendly, smart and know cars. PROS: Knowledgeable, friendly CONS: none
Jules Rules I have taken every vehicle that I have personally owned to Strada and have never felt manipulated to believe my cars were in need of more repair than necessary and never overcharged. Strada Auto Repair is the exception to the "rule" I'm one of those guys who likes to save money the hard way. Do it my self and then pay someone to fix what I "fixed". Jules is the man Both of my front breaks and rotors were really bad. There was just a loud grinding noise and i gave him a call and for never have ever met him berfore or even spoken with him he treated me like i was his #1 customer and he took me in and had me done a little over an hour later..great service , great work, and great price...
Polite, courteous, honest service This is a car repair shop like none you've ever seen. The guys actually talk to you and tell you what is wrong with the car, what needs to be fixed and what you need to keep your eye on for the future. I have never seen them do unnecessary work on my vehicles. Courteous service, competent staff and polite, intelligent owner doing hands-on every day. Rest assured, you will get honest and fair treatment at this shop!!
