Jeannine in the bakery is the best! She is very talented with cake designs.. she is def. a reason I will continue to come to this location
While I LOVE the St. John location I deplore this location as they seriously lack in any food / speciality items that are not completely mainstream. After over 19 years I will never return and will advise others to do the same.
Doughnuts - do I need to say more?
Every time I go to stracks I end up leaving angry. I never leave angry from Aldi. Your digital coupons are deceiving it was never clear anywhere that the Scots were only a dollar off of one of them
All of these and more. Spoiled product received last week.
I wish I could share the picture, but the bakery at strack has gone to extreme in service for me. to the point that they have called me the day of to make sure the cake would turn out exceptional for my children's birthdays. They were even able to make my wedding cake look similar to my parents wedding cake. You can not find service like this with out going over budget. Yet here stracks had continued to make it affordable for me. I can't imagine going to another bakery.
The floral girls @ the Schererville location were rude and on their phone! I wanted get flowers for my mom and have it ready for Valentine’s Day and they were rude!!! Unacceptable!
The deli department is super unsanitary. The staff doesn’t change their gloves. They will literally cut your meat, bag your meat, open doors, touch equipment you name and not once change their gloves. It grossed me out so bad I put all of my food back and went to a different grocery store.
