I called Saturday morning (4/15/13) just to get a price quote on a tune up and the owner (It's a family run business) took my call and told me that he wouldn't know until he got a look under the hood. He took the time to explain why he couldn't give me a quote and walked me thru the process. He advised me to drop off my car Monday and we'd go from there. This was a great experience, took my car for repair, got my brakes done, used a really good coupon I found on their site, they were so nice to me, even got a gift cert for next time, what a great idea. I also got my oil service here done before. They do it all. Good job!!!
I have been taking our cars here for several years for service and they have always been excellent both in terms of timing and price. Most recently, our car was broken into and the window was broken. They changed out the window and cleaned the car interior - service was fast and price was very reasonable. Thanks STR!
Tamir and his Dad have taken good care of me and my cars since I moved to LA 10 years ago. I have found them to be friendly, honest, fair-priced and they always complete the job on time or early. Quick service,reasonable price on brake service. Father and son owner are really nice guys,I would recommend to friends and family. Got to the shop at 2:00 and they said my vehicle would be ready at 4:00 and they were finished with it by 3:00. New rotors and brake pads on front.
