First I’d like to say I have been a long time Stowers customer and there has been ups and down and they usually level out, in the past week I have a warranty issue that would take 10 minutes to fix, I called my salesman he pointed me in the direction to service I make that call and after 10 mins of him not wanting to address the issue I became frustrated and told him thank you, I make a call to a long time employee of cat Corey and tell him my issue and frustration , he replied give me couple hours and I’ll call you back, wi... read more
