Used them for almost 2 years and the caregivers are great. Company was sold and since then they have changed their system so the caregivers electronically report a summary of their visit but as the family member I cannot get that information. Previously the caregivers entered the information into a binder I could read but now by going electronically, they cannot share any observations over email due to HIPA laws so I am in the dark concerning what is happening with my cousin who has severe Alzheimer's.
