Work done 4.5 years ago and now it is rippling in more than 4 places and he wants to charge to come out and see what is going on. I bet his dad would not treat the customer this way. Will be calling BBB in Charlotte tomorrow. And will look into the possibility of suing over this.
We love our new carpet and really enjoyed working with Damon Stowe! Can't wait to use him on future home projects!
