I’ve had great service over the last three years with all the staff including Amanda until today. The very rude, condescending attitude of Manger Heidi I just received was a complete shock. You never know what one is going through and especially why the need for a storage unit is requested. Heidi needs to learn proper customer service training Expeditiously!!!
