Dr Shimmel is very knowledgeable in the field and has great insight for those that are sports related. Their care plans are diverse and utilize massage, stem, flexibility and strength training. This is what chiropractic care should be. Saying that, be prepared if you're in the rehab program to spend an hour per appointment. They don't just adjust you, and take your money. They care for you and heal you.
I always feel great after getting adjusted and massage therapy.
Dr. Shimmel is Awesome! The others I'm sure are just as good! He has helped relieve my back pain tremendously!!!
