Love this clinic- it’s extremely clean and well kept. Dr. Cox was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind to my nervous pup! The staff was so friendly and made my appointment run so smoothly!
Caring, wonderful people!!! Will work with you on payment!! Thank god for them!! no one would help me. I called around and if I didn't have the full balance no one would help me. My Nina was very sick!! No she is doing much better!! I thank god for caring people!!
I was blessed to find Dr. Auer at Stow Kent/Stow Falls a few years back while seeking help for my senior cats who recently came to live with my permanently. 5 stars does not even begin to rate the outstanding experience I have had with both her and the entire staff at all locations. I have moved 45 minutes away and yet I still make the choice to travel to see their staff instead of any of the vets that are within a 10 minute trip of my house. I will always trust my furry family members with your staff.
Love bringing my cats to this location! Same great professionals. Same purrfect customer service. My Thurlow gives it two paws up!
