Dr. Cox and Gina were caring, professional and kind today when I brought my 16 year old cat to their office. He has been ill with no possibility for recovery. They explained every step in the process of euthanasia and handled him with gentle, caring hands. Exceptional, professional, caring people and I thank them.
I came from Wooster & was very impressed. My dog needed to see a vet, and the veterinarians here in Wooster were closed. Will continue making the drive just to continue service with Stow Falls. Wonderful facility & staff.
When we lived in Munroe Falls, We took our pets to this clinic. Everyone was wonderful and took good care of the “kids”. When we moved they were very helpful! We miss them and would recommend them anytime!

I just want to say, these people are amazing. I will be going back a million times over. If any of you are looking for an affordable pet care clinic that will work with you, go there. I promise you and your pet will leave happy. They have each of my kitties a cat nip ball, gave them hugs and kisses and reassured me that they were going to be okay. (They had the sniffles) and even let me set up a payment plan to help work with what we could afford. They're amazing. Big shout out to them.

Love this location and of course the staff! Been going to SKAH for years. Same great service at this location but usually a little quieter, so it's great for my one rambunctious dog and also my one nervous dog. Very nice atmosphere and great vet care.
