Awful experience with this company. They took our dryer in for repair on Tuesday last week and said we should have it back by Friday last week, as of tomorrow it will have been a week past due and they keep making excuses as to why it's taking so long to fix, each time we call it's something new and keeps costing us more money, they even charged us $75.00 just to come to our home and tell us what was wrong, we live in Corvallis! Stay away from this company and find someone else.
I have bought 4 appliances here. When my washer goes out, it will be 5. The sales staff listen and help you choose the right appliance for you and your budget. The delivery people are professional and personable at the same time. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable
Outstanding sales staff! Willing to go the extra mile to assist you in choosing the right appliance for you. I bought a dishwasher from the new sales associate, Felix, and the price was competitive. I prefer to buy local, instead of a big box store, and I will definitely recommend Stover and will check with them first for my future large appliance needs.

Great service overall. Would be great to have more technicians available especially in afternoon, better return phone calls and ability to email or send FB msg when after hours.
Bob the repair tech is awesome. I called him twice (will be calling again tomorrow) and he has been very helpful trying to fix my freezer problem. He is very patient and willing to work with someone.
