The staff at Stovepipe are incredible! I worked with Amber and Steve. I called with an issue and within hours Steve was at my home trying to figure out exactly what was wrong. The owners are wonderful people too!! Highly recommended!!!

I purchased my gas fireplace from the Stovepipe Shop 15 years ago when I built my home. I went to them for their knowledge and superior customer service. Recently, my fireplace needed service so I engaged a local technician only to experience poor service and long delays. That's when I called the Stovepipe Shop. Amber answered my call and immediately "owned" my problem. She called every day to ask how I was making out and ultimately had the Stovepipe Shop take over. They came in two days... After hours! I've wanted a gas fireplace for years and I finally convinced my husband that we should get one. I wanted to be sure I got the very best and the most beautiful, realistic one from a company that would stand behind and service my fireplace should I need it. I visited every gas fireplace vendor before making my decision. I ordered my stove back in June.... It was installed in August. The front panel needed to be customized because of the way my fireplace is designed. We gave them measurements via email... but they say they haven't received them. They never return calls. It almost Nov and we still can't use the gas stove. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you want to lose a friend..... Maybe I will recommend it to my Mother n Law.
