Bad customer service
The most disgraceful and rude customer service I have ever encountered. They put you on hold all the time. They get your contact details and said they will call you but you will never get a call back. They finally answer the phone and you give them no choice but giving you prices and they are the rudest deniyung your experience, confusing you with the prices. It is disgraceful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their prices are pretty much like the ones from Home Depot anyway. Shame on this store.

Dennis and the whole team were incredibly helpful from day one — not only with the wide variety of products they carry, but also by suggesting innovative options that made the install easier and saved us serious time. If you’re tackling a large landscape project, talk to Dennis and the team at Norcross. They know their stuff.
Dennis was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right material choices for my project. I highly recommend this place.
