Bring a Security Gard with you if you move here. Many residents have had their cars vandalized, stolen or broken in to, not once but two and three times. Management does not have camaras, security patrol or reinbursement for any damages incurred. Rent increases everytime your lease is up and no improvements are ever made in your apartment or the common areas. Homeless people are searching dumpsters all the time and nobody tells them to go away. It is disgusting!
Paid for a hold on an upstairs unit. Ended up downstairs. Asked if there were any prior complaints about the tenant above before moving in. I was told none. After moving in I was told that the tenant above was an ongoing problem. I'm a 100% disabled veteran with anxiety and depression. I have not had a good night sleep since I moved in. I have been here about six weeks now and nothing has been done. My anxiety level is higher now than it was when I moved in.
