If anyone deserves a 2nd chance it's Toney Stout. He has service my home when I was cold he came and gave me heat. When I was hot this summer he came and serviced my A/C and he was on time. He did my yearly service and I will call him again.
Gas leaking after furnace installation, will file lawsuits
I gave this company one star only because I cannot give it zero. We had this company install a furnace in November 2019. We recently had some issues with getting enough heat and a service technician through a different company came out. I was informed that the flue was improperly installed and the furnace has been leaking toxic gas into my home since the furnace was installed. When I called, the owner was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. He then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I purchased an complete heating and cooling system from Stout's through my home warranty. My air conditioning unit broke and it is less than 2 years. I called Mr. Stout yesterday on two separate occasions and both times I was told he was on his way to the office and would get back to me. That hasn't happened. After reading these reviews I don't want him touching anything in my home. I will see him in court. Beware! I honestly think his business is closed and he is pretending to still be in business.
