I had a very painful lower back from practicing jiu jitsu and with one adjustment the pain was pretty much gone and I was back training the next day with no problems. Dr. Pav took the time to explain everything she was doing and why and it was very enlightening. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I will definitely continue to see her.
