Filled out an online service request at about 11 PM Tuesday evening about my garage door unable to open because one of the torsion springs broke. Called the office in the morning and a technician will be out by 9 AM. Trevor arrived and replaced both springs within one hour. I used this company about 3 years on another matter. Another returning customer, highly recommended if you need service done right.
From the day I spoke to this company and ordered the garage door and garage door opener everything went smoothly. Even though it was installed on 04/08/25, I am looking forward to many trouble free years. They gave me some options on which door opener to purchase and I am very happy with the one I chose. The installer was very knowledgeable and very professional. After the installation, he went through everything on how it works,maintenance of the parts and how to connect to the my Q app. Thank-you again.
