RecommendedMy car had a dead battery. Within 15 minutes of calling they came and got it running. And less than an hour later the new battery was installed and everything reprogrammed. Great customer service.

Cannot say enough good things about the service at this dealership. We were traveling W on I-26 when we began to lose oil pressure a mile and a half before the exit for Tryon and limped to the dealership with our truck & horse trailer. They immediately put it on the rack and discovered a hose had blown. They sent a driver to Asheville to get the part and got us back on the road within a few hours! What great service!! I couldn't be happier with the work i received at Stott's. We are rv'ing around the states and needed work done on the van. I was reluctant to go to a dealership but boy was i wrong! So far they done me right; However, just after driving off the lot I found a small dent on the window frame and I will be bringing it to their attention. Stotts Family dealership seems eager to please!
