Chanel is absolutely amazing! She did a color correction and now my hair looks just the way I had hoped. Chanel also cut my hair in the perfectly flattering way. If you want a hair specialist that you do not have to worry about and can feel comfortable you are going to look your best, go to Chanel!!

So disappointed with my hair cut from Carrie. Went in with photos explained in detail how i desired a long layered shaggy look and ended up leaving with a uneven medium length straight, blunt cut Bob much shorter than I had hoped:( At $145 a good stylist once the hair has been styled dry should at least check the cut to make sure it’s even…

I've been to this salon several times and except the first time, I always left disappointed. Yet, I came back again and again hoping that we will work things out. I was simply asking partial highlights avoiding brass tones. Last time I was there, she did a horrible job like disaster. I was promised to be fix my hair few days after. And I found out that they refunded my money the day after. No talking, no apologizing, nothing. This situation literally affected me mentally.
