If there was a way to give them a zero I’d be all about it. The service was fine and understand they couldn’t get the blockage that makes sense but after we had to clean the walls and floor from the machine spray we noticed they scrapped up our vanity so we reached out as they asked via email with photos and we’d hear back but after multiple follow ups and no resolution just promises someone would get back to me. Our home warranty company called Stott for fix our blocked sewer or drain. Turned out the blockage was inside the house, so not covered by the warranty which is fine. But Stott demanded $800 to clear the drain! They said the extra charge was because it was the weekend. We called another plumber who came right over and cleared the blockage for $205. Obviously Stott is using the warranty company to generate calls and then charging 400% extra if a repair isn't covered under the warranty, when the customer is at his most vulnera... read more

PLEASE BEWARE! Unreliable and unprofessional! Their crew did not secure the main line cap after finishing another fix. 2 days later, while I was doing laundry, the cap flies across the room and my basement floods with raw sewage. Both the employees from the front desk Leah, to plumber Ben said they would have a supervisor contact me to clean the mess since it was their incompetence that caused the flood in the first place. Unprofessional and unreliable. I've made several attempts to work with this company. They always seem nice on the phone, but they have failed to give my job any sort of priority. I wish they would just tell me the truth instead of telling me they will get me on the schedule and not calling me back. Extremely dissatisfied with their level of service. I'd be willing to change my mind if they would just call me back for once and give me the kind of attention any paying customer deserves.

We've used Stott Plumbing several times to replace/upgrade our disposal, water heater, & toilets. They consistently do a great job & are honest (one of the owners pointed me to Home Depot when he couldn't save me $$.). They aren't cheap, but they are a great value & do the job right the first time!!

I had a great experience with Stott Plumbing. Gerald is a top notch guy. He was very knowledgable, and was able to fix our central air refridgeration unit. He was very kind to us, their pricing was great. Brian is also top notch. They are a first rate company. I want to address a former tip made by Sam - Gerald does not have a racist bone in his body, it is so easy to slam somebody's character in written form. I would be careful, it could came back to bite ya!~ Doug

Great service – I called Stott Plumbing for a job and they were awesome! They were nice, clean and very professional. The work I needed done was finished the same day and the price was very reasonable. Thanks so much Stott. I will call again when I need a plumber!!!

Was awesome! – I needed a sewer line replaced all the way to the street. Bryan Stott came to my house gave me a bid and said he would beat any bid that i had. I didn't beat the previous bid that i had, however; he got very close to that bid. They showed up the next morning at 7 and started the work. They got the job completed that day. I had twelve bids in all and out of the 12 plumbers only one could start the next day (STOTT) the rest couldn't start until next week and it would take a couple of days to complete the job. I recommend them to everyone I have been so happy with the work that Stott plumbing has done on our house, I'd recommend them to anyone! They have been quick, clean and very reasonable in price.
