I wish the ratings included negative scale options. Story Point has changed their name several times to rid themselves of bad reviews on multiple rating sites. Of course they were sued as Storie Point, they were horrible as Manor House. I know because my ratings of this exceptionally low quality operation were gone after they changed their name under the same ownership. I do not recommend this facility, as they handed medications off to our family member with dementia and left the room, there were pills everywhere in her roo... read more
We are so thankful and feel Blessed to have our family member at Story Point. Our journey has been good from the day one and the staff has always been kind, helpful and part of the reason our aunt now calls this place home! Thanks to each and every staff member at Story Point for loving and caring for all of their residents!
This place is great !! I've worked here for over 6 years i love the atmosphere and the residents , i wouldn't want to work anywhere else !!
Great place to live great place to work left for about a year and came back because it's a great place to work for
If you love drama this is the place to work at everyday its always something at that place management is horrible they do not appreciate none of the workers u would think if we were short staff that management would help but they don't and so were some of the co workers were very rude and don't like to do there job i was always on time and never called out but the one day i was sick i was told i had to come in anyways the only thing i loved about this place were the residents and Tiah who was very friendly and welcomed me wi... read more
