One thing I noticed early was how respectful everyone on-site seemed to be. Workers greeted us when we stopped by and never acted bothered by questions. The project manager also kept track of details we mentioned casually weeks earlier. A bathroom faucet needed replacing after installation, but they handled it quickly without making the process frustrating. Great follow-through from the team.
I PUT 10,000 DOWN TO HOLD A HOME. MY BUYERS BACK OUT SO I NEEDED TO CANCEL THE HOME IN VEGAS. ITS BEEN OVER 4 WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY SAID SENT IT CERTIFIED MAIL, BUT USPS HAS NO CERTIFIED MAIL FROM STORYBOOK. THEY LIE AND NOT STEALING MY MONEY. THEY ONLY GIVE EXCUSES SO BE CAREFUL I WOULD NOT EVER BUY A HOME FROM THEM
I’m just being real. I would be hesitant to buy a house from them based off the experience so far. They don’t answer the phone. You ask for a floor plan with dimensions….nada. Like do you people want to sell houses or not? Based off that and the negative reviews I see here I’ll keep it pushing. Plenty of other builders. Weird company, weird employees.
