Pete does a great job of applying the science and the art of brewing to develop quality brews that set the standard for craft beer. The brewery is a great place with a friendly vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Combining all of this with local rotating food trucks makes Storybook Brewing a MUST TRY when in Colorado Springs!
