I saw Valerie four times. Anyone who has severe anxiety and panic attacks, knows this is not something we would consciously choose for ourselves. If we had it within our capacity to simply stop feeling anxious, we would certainly make that choice. In the short time I saw her, she had me in tears several times, blaming me for not being able to control my anxiety and my poor health. Highly recommend! Last winter, I was struggling with low back & hip pain that made walking very difficult. A friend recommended Valerie at Story Medical Natural Health so I decided to try acupuncture. Amazing results.
