Sasha is a fantastic speaker. She opens your mind to excellent opportunities outside of "traditional" real estate prospecting arenas. Many of them obvious once presented, but she goes a step further in how to market to these new sources. Any one of her target markets will increase your income, and do so in an enjoyable manner.
