My wife has been a resident at Meridian Hills story cottage for about eight months. I visit her often. Each time I see her, she is comfortable and content. The staff there is delightful and extraordinarily helpful! This is a very difficult time for her and me And story cottage does a fantastic job of making it tolerable.

Staff are kind, compassionate, and attentive. The home is always clean, including the exterior, yard, and entire grounds. Planned events and activities are always fun. Concerns are always addressed. Most of all, I feel our mom is treated with dignity. Our family is grateful.

Story Cottage is a very special place….it not only feels like a home, but almost feels like a hug. Every staff member is incredibly caring toward not only the residents but also toward us as family members. We feel that the heartfelt care and compassion given to our sister/sister-in-law in such a warm, loving home environment was the perfect place for her to live. Since opening May 1, 2024, my wife has been one of the 8 guests at Story Cottage. She has been part of the family, for the atmosphere is familial in every sense. If all the energy devoted to giving hugs could be converted to electric power, several homes could be lit for a year.
