Dr. Chen was gentle, kind and patient. She took the time to explain and show me the problems with my teeth. She was respectful about my preferences and not judgmental about my concerns. She was also conservative when it came to. recommended procedures versus needed with concern to my finances.
Dr. Chen did a filling for me. It didn't bond correctly ( first time having a filling from her and first time I have had one not work) and I had to take off time from work to get it fixed. I requested the other in house dentist. Long story short. Transferred dentists, new place walked me through my x rays and it highlighted the poor over packed filling and strange jagged cutout on the adjacent filling done at her office.
His clinic is a mess with billing, took 2 to 3 months to collect my remaining overpaid balance with them, multiple trips out to the building and no one available during business hrs, variety of excuses and false promises to contact me back. Dr. who works along side him messed up a filling, he 'fixed' it, new dentist was able to point out shoddy work one x-ray. Clear as day over filled and pertrudes into another tooth. 4 teeth removed under ansethesia. Unexpected 5th tooth removed "because it was cracked by one of the wisdom teeth" No post op scheduled. Nobody returning calls. Not answering phone during business hours. This young hot shot dentist acts like a cool character but has little care for his patients. Do not have any serious dental work done by this hack.

Very poor customer service. I made a appointment 1 month ahead and they Stopped accepting my insurance carrier. They didnt notify me until my appointment time. Time off work and have to find a new dentist. The receptionist was not very kind about it. she had a poor attitude.
Always awesome and superior painless treatment! Great friendly knowlegeable staff! Highly recomment to anyone!
