The building that the tavern is, is old 17th century. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Being set in an old house, there are any little rooms you dine in. Post and beam structure. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Wait stuff is always friendly.
The Buffet was Delish. The Double T & T WAS Perfect. Service was Excellent!! Om Glad We ate There. Recommend Dinning At Storrowtown!!
Atmosphere great, food is the best ever, service was fantastic. I think this will be our new favorite restaurant.
Great ambiance - excellent New England entree's, fresh rolls on the table, great wine list and desert pairings.
Appetizers were great! We had fried oysters, artichoke francaise, and mozzarella cheese sticks...everything was delicious! Service was excellent...our waitress was very attentive and offered recommendations. Appetizers and entrees came out in a timely manner. I ordered lightly broiled salmon which seemed dry and not especially flavorful. The butternut squash was good as usual. I had a Spanish coffee to end my meal which was a nice treat!
We recently got married at Storrowton and have heard nothing but RAVE reviews about everything. The service was impeccable, each of the servers were attentive and so accommodating. The food came out steaming hot and not one filet was overcooked. Nicole, our coordinator, always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She did a truly outstanding job. For anyone looking for a beautiful, vintage venue at a really great price, Storrowton is your venue. Best decision we made!
Everyone has to try the Shrimp and Scallop Scampi, Fried Scallops, and/or Fried Oysters if you haven't yet!!!!!
