Went to the Carriage House for a Christmas party last night, and it was good except the soup... They served cream of broccoli (my fave btw), and it was like eating a spoonful of salt with a very fishy undertone. When we told the server she was just like oh yea we hear that alot..
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Storrowton with family and friends it was just perfect. We had a wonderful buffet and the waitresses were so attentive. We would certainly suggest Storrowton to anyone for dinner or function.
Cozy-warm-crackling Fire!! Right out of Outlander!!!I Food and drinks and service TEN stars!! Loved every minute - no Jamie Fraser but we were fantasizing!! 😊

I always enjoy eating at the tavern though I don't get to do it as much since I've moved away from the area. I recently visited here for lunch and I selected the buffet which was very delicious. My brother and my niece with me also very much enjoyed their meals.
Terrible service waited 50 minutes for our dinner. Others who arrived after we ordered were served their dinners first. Forgot our soup and salad. Manager never got back to me when I asked where our food was. A terrible dinner experience.
