I happened to pop into QuestStor last minute today. I met Dana who was absolutely delightful🌸. She helped me navigate the contract, walked me to my storage space and kindly assisted me getting into my new unit with the cylinder locks. I have had my items stolen out of a storage unit years ago. There is no way you can easily break into these units without making a whole lot of noise, Dana said. I also received the $1/first month offer on my unit size. However, not all units have this offer.

Had a great experience today at StorQuest. Dana’s customer service is amazing!
This place is a rip off. After three months they informed me they will increase my monthly rate from $165 to $239. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past few days but have yet to receive a response. I plan on moving out as soon as possible. Also, for the past month or so every time I visited this facility the Customer bathroom had no trashcan, toilet paper or paper towels.
