Usually the team here is very helpful. Just called for help and was talked over, argued with, and asked “where are you calling from again?” As if I wasn’t a paying customer that’s been doing business with them for over a year. Asked to talk to someone else and was told “I’m the acting manager today”. Leaving this review because apparently there’s no one else who can help me. I’ll be moving out asap and taking my money elsewhere.
I had a fantastic experience, thanks to Amber! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Although we ultimately didn't rent a storage unit, we appreciated Amber's outstanding service so much that we wanted to leave this feedback. Highly recommend her and this location!
