Clean facility. Climate control. And Brandy at desk was super nice and helpful.
Dana is amazing!! On my final day, my lock Brock and I only had the movers for only 40 more minutes. She quickly grabbed a drilled and after 30 hard minutes - my things were available again!!! See the picture. The rest of the team was professional and kind. During my move-in, we had a Semi-truck to unload. Not only did they work with the driver to insure we had space to unload, but also quickly worked with us to get a second, well-priced unit when we realized that we needed additional space. The prices start off reasonable but the rent hikes are steep. My rent went from $110 in 2022 to $176 in 2025. So take note and be prepared for huge rent increases. The units and facility are very clean and well managed. They just need to adjust their prices!
Amazing experience with Passionae she was outstanding from the beginning of the process until the end of the process. I had no issues whatsoever. As for the rate increase Passionae took care of it as soon as it came up and she even forewarned me of the increase. Amazing experience!! Thank you!
Amazing help —- P was just the best, didn’t have a Solution for me at her location but stayed engaged and found another option for me — ♂️
