I had an experience today that I was blown away by. This storage place has been one of my favorites in the area, yet over the years I began to lose trust because of the personnel, experience, and safety concerns. Today, marks the day of a new beginning. Nick happened to be present today and actually listened to what I had to share with him, when others have cut me off and have been short with me.
