Great storage facility! The property is always clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. Norma is fabulous! Knowledgeable, competent, professional, and courteous. Answered all questions and made the application and move-in process easy! The facility is secure and well-maintained. I highly recommend the Ripon Public Storage Facility.
I left my unit open and Norma spotted it before anyone else and she put a temp lock and sent me an email with a follow up call, really appreciate the service.
Norma had Exceptional Customer Service skills, she is always a pleasure to work with! However, I did not like the fact that the entrance gate kept getting stuck as well as there being NO RUNNING WATER IN THE BATHROOM WHICH WAS VERY UNSANITARY. I had to leave the location and go miles away to find a bathroom.
